Our Story

It started with frustration, the kind that builds up after years of watching marketing lose its strategic seat at the table. We both saw it happening - marketers fighting for credibility, struggling to prove impact, and being undervalued by leadership teams who just didn’t get it.

Over a five-hour lunch in Nando’s, Oxford (because nothing fuels a revolution like peri-peri chicken), we shared our stories, our frustrations, and one burning question: “If not us, then who?” That was the moment we decided to do something about it.

In just six weeks, we built a global community and movement to help marketing leaders reclaim their influence.

And in just one month, we had members from 12 countries, including the U.S., New Zealand, and South Africa. The response was overwhelming, proving one thing: we’re not alone. Marketers everywhere are ready to take back control, redefine our profession, and demand the strategic recognition we deserve.
